I really don’t like waste especially when it comes to eggs. I can’t bear to throw away any part of them whether a recipe calls for just the yolk or just the white. My white cake recipe may reflect otherwise however you may have noticed that I did use a carton of egg whites. Hope the people at two chicks find a good use for all those egg yolks; it’d be bad business not to. The remainder of the carton is usually used up by making egg white omelettes, meringues and I’m hoping to try macaroons soon.
If you do decide to make the cake and are separating your eggs yourself, then please use up the egg yolks too. I always find this webite very useful for ideas.
